SRBM — B-Strike 1000

The SRBM in Build and Conquer: the B-Strike 1000 short-range ballistic missile, its 5-hit unlock quest, what it costs to fire and when it is worth launching.

Quick answer

The SRBM is your first missile: hit enemy ground units or buildings 5 times to unlock it. Each launch costs steel, fuel and money, and it can be intercepted — use it to learn aiming, not to win wars.

The SRBM — sold in the French Military Pack as the B-Strike 1000 — is where every Build and Conquer missile career starts. It is short-range, cheap relative to the bigger missiles, and the quest to unlock it is the easiest in the game: five hits on enemy ground units or buildings.

How to grind the five hits

Community guides agree on the fastest method: target ground units, not buildings. A lone vehicle on the mainland is an easy hit, while buildings often sit behind anti-air. If you are on a friendly server, most players will happily place a cheap unit for you to practice on — the quest counts hits, not kills.

When it is worth firing

  • Learning the aiming system. SRBMs are the cheapest way to learn how flight time and targeting behave.
  • Finishing off undefended targets. Against a country with no air defence, even a starter missile hurts.
  • Not worth it against defended cities. Firing SRBMs into a layered defence mostly feeds the defender's interceptor stockpile. That is what the hypersonic is for.

The full unlock ladder is on the missile guide — SRBM first, then the GLCM, the MRBM and finally the hypersonic BM.
