Build and Conquer passes
All four Build and Conquer game passes in one comparison: the two 399 R$ military packs, More City Slots at 249 R$ and Custom Billboard Images at 99 R$.
Build and Conquer sells four game passes. Two of them change what your military can field, one changes how many countries you can run, and one is purely for decorating your city. Here they are, side by side, with exactly what the game's own store page says each one grants.

The comparison
| Pass | Price | What it grants |
|---|---|---|
| Eastern European Military Pack | 399 R$ | S-500, S-400, S-300, Pantsir, Iskander, FP-9 Pelican, Zircon, FP-5 Flamingo, T-72B, T-72B3, BMP-2 |
| French Military Pack | 399 R$ | B-Strike 1000/2500/HGV, MdCN, VL MICA, SAMP/T, Aquila, Mistral, RapidFire, Rodeur/Veloce/One Way launchers, Leclerc S1/S2, Thundart |
| More City Slots | 249 R$ | Extra city slots — room to run more than one country |
| Custom Billboard Images | 99 R$ | Put your own image ID on in-game billboards |
How to decide
- If you have not started: buy nothing yet. The game is fully playable free, and the first thing to learn is the economy — beginner guide.
- Then pick a military pack by the missiles you want. Both grant launchers and vehicles; the Eastern pack leans air defence and Soviet vehicles, the French pack carries the B-Strike missile family and Western air defence.
- City slots only if you genuinely want two countries.
- Billboards last, when your city is stable, decorated and worth looking at.
One thing to know about all of them
Passes grant hardware and slots, not progress. Missile unlock quests, city levels and research still have to be earned in game. A pass saves you time and gives you specific tools — it does not skip the game.
